Human Partner

Beginning with Our Shared Humanity
For more than twenty years, I have partnered with leaders, organizations, and professional coaches to create the conditions for greater awareness, broader perspectives, and meaningful growth.

Whether I am working with an executive navigating complexity, a leadership team facing important decisions, or a coach committed to professional excellence, my role is to create an intentional partnership where people can explore what matters most, examine assumptions, discover new possibilities, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

My work begins with a simple belief.
People possess far more capacity for growth, learning, and insight than most environments allow them to express.

When offered thoughtful partnership,
genuine attention, and the opportunity to pause and reflect, people become more aware of themselves, broaden their perspective, and discover new possibilities for how they lead, relate, and contribute.

The Evolution of My Work

My work has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people and the conditions that allow individuals, teams, and organizations to flourish.

Originally from Brazil and now based in the United States, I have spent more than two decades partnering with leaders and professional coaches across more than forty countries and six continents. Although every person, organization, and culture is different, one observation has remained remarkably consistent:

Meaningful change begins with awareness.

It begins when people have the opportunity to pause, become curious, challenge assumptions, and explore new perspectives with intention. From that place, better decisions emerge, relationships deepen, and new possibilities become visible.

Before dedicating my career to coaching, I worked in New York City's marketing industry, partnering with organizations including Google (DoubleClick), BP, and MetLife. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the realities leaders face every day—the competing priorities, the complexity of organizational life, and the importance of balancing business performance with human relationships.

As my career evolved, I found myself increasingly drawn to the human side of leadership. Coaching became a natural extension of that interest, allowing me to partner with individuals and teams in ways that support both personal growth and organizational impact.

Over the years, my work expanded beyond executive coaching to include leadership development, mentor coaching, coaching supervision, coach education, keynote speaking, and serving as an official ICF credentialing assessor. Along the way, I have had the privilege of supporting the development of professional coaches while contributing to the standards and continued evolution of the coaching profession.

One question has accompanied me throughout that journey:
How can we make coaching easier to understand without oversimplifying its depth and complexity?

That question became the foundation of the PRIME Ecosystem—a collection of models, programs, learning experiences, and conversations designed to bring greater clarity to the art and practice of coaching.

Today, whether I am partnering with leaders, developing professional coaches, or speaking to organizations around the world, my purpose remains remarkably consistent:

To create the conditions where people can grow with greater awareness, stronger relationships, and a deeper commitment to our shared humanity.

What Guides My Work

At the center of my work is a simple belief: people are capable of more than they often realize.

Given the right conditions—attention, partnership, challenge, and space to think—individuals and teams can discover new possibilities, make better decisions, and create meaningful change.

I believe coaching is at its best when the coach brings humility, curiosity, presence, and trust in the client's capacity to learn, decide, and grow. I believe development is not a destination but an ongoing practice of reflection, refinement, and growth. And I believe that some of the most important breakthroughs in our lives and work begin with something surprisingly simple: The opportunity to think for ourselves.
